Δ and the Outnuancing Network

A new phrase may make a relation easier to retrieve. The relevant question is what its use contributes: a better question, a recovered condition, a discriminating test, a revision, or another inspectable change. This is a conceptual accounting relation, not a claim that the terms are already measured on one common numeric scale. Its job is to prevent a changed result from being attributed entirely to “better processing” when the input also changed, or entirely to new evidence when the method and observer changed too.
